Our passion for chocolate began with a much deeper calling than simply making a great product. I wanted to build something that connected people—from the families who carefully grow cacao in Costa Rica to those who enjoy exceptional chocolate here in the United States.

Working alongside cacao farmers has shown me the beauty, hard work, and dedication behind every harvest. I believe great chocolate begins with honoring the people who grow it and carefully preserving the unique character of each bean throughout the entire process.

Pâlë Kānë Chocolate was created to combine craftsmanship, ethical relationships, and faith. Every batch represents a commitment to excellence, fair opportunity for farming families, and using business as a way to support the work of God’s Kingdom.

Our hope is that every bar tells a story—of origin, of people, and of purpose.
